How Do Google Analytics Team Sessions Work?
Our group coaching sessions are fully customizable and catered to your needs. We will start with a 15-minute consultation call to learn more about you, your business, your team, and how we can provide the best training value.
Team sessions are booked in 1-hour increments. You may invite however many team members you would like to join the call. You can schedule a single session or multiple.
During the call, we will screen share Google Analytics 4, give a brief overview of what’s new with GA4 versus Universal Analytics, and highlight key elements/benefits of GA4 you should leverage to your advantage.
Together we will walk through your live GA4 data in an open-ended format, answering questions as they come up and covering whatever your team needs.
How to Prepare for Your Team Coaching Session
To get the most out of your call, come to your session with:
- Questions
- Current reports you use
- Data you would like to track
- For example: if you have a report with data you used in Universal Analytics, we can show you how to pull that data in GA4.
Encourage your team to provide bullet points on topics they’d like to see covered, but remember: you aren’t locked into any pre-defined script. We will gladly answer questions that come up live on the call.

What do coaching sessions cover?
Before booking the session, we’ll have a quick chat (15 minutes) to review your issues and the questions you want to be answered.
During the coaching session, we’ll walk you through your reports and answer your questions using your live website data.
How do I schedule my session?
Once you purchase a coaching session, you’ll receive an email invitation to schedule your call.
How many people can join a group session?
As many as you’d like! If you have more than 5 people, I only ask that we keep everyone on mute until they want to speak so that we limit background noise and distractions.
Can I purchase Google Analytics coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If we get to the end of our hour and you still have questions or run into new issues in the future, you can simply purchase another session.
